Clients send three full length photos (front, back and side). Express what their goal is, list any food restrictions, mobility issues, and injuries, and I will write customized diet and workout plans tailored to the client’s needs. The client will check in with new photos weekly and I will make adjustments to diet and workouts.

This is perfect for people with hectic or odd schedules so they can workout on their own time.
